i'm so tired of seeing people display their myspace worthy deviations...
i remember when i joined deviantart for the very first time. it was different back then. very different.
it was a better solution than the other art site i had found only weeks before, and it was a larger more friendly community!
This was a no nonsence artists guild of all art knowledge.
what happened?
its been overtaken by the run off of myspace ';peeps' who's pictures are from their 2.0 mpxl cell phones.

so while i'm freezing my butt off in this fine winter weather, i realized that i needed to write a certain thesis(and bkg info) essay thats 3 pages long, and FRIDAY--yes, THIS friday, is the due date.
I still haven't written anything but:
"Junior Research Paper -> materialism " at the top of my page...
maybe i should just get off my ass and do it.
but i hate doing pointless things x.x

i designed a template for my japanese class(when i was suppost to be writing an essay, taking a photo for yearbook, doing homework, and eating) and its actually in print now ~
i did the whole thing except the writing blocks (squares to write your japanese in) by hand and now they have been massively produced for 2 japanese classes to fill out.
the exciting part is that this template is being used for letters to our sister school in japan, so at least a part of me will be going there this year :(
i still have the front cover, table of contents, and back page to design. (i'm letting the classes design them for a contest!) and i can't wait to see the finished project ~

i'm still feeling sickly. maybe its because i haven't been eating, or maybe its because i've been at my mom's dander infested house making Nigel's hoodie for too long.
or maybe its just the cold.

i'm having christmas this weekend with my mom, her family and Nigel(and myself). Never thought she would agree to it, and now i'm excited ~~ :eager:
